I started this blog to bookmark and organize potentially useful recipes, but now I also post stuff I make!
If you're looking for something specific, I do try and tag everything.
And what, exactly, is a breakfast casserole? I have not heard of such a thing.
It’s probably a VERY American thing, and also probably pretty regional since a few of my friends in the south hadn’t heard of it before either. But it’s literally just…a casserole of breakfast stuff. You pretty much just fill a pan with squares of white bread, crumbled breakfast sausage, cheese, and whatever else, generally stuff you’d put in an omelet? Veggies/peppers? Bacon? More cheese? Hashbrowns? That kind of stuff. Then you top all that with a milk/egg mixture and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight and then bake it off and cut it into squares and oh my god so good. I like mine with maple syrup because I’m disgusting.
Here it is, my personal recipe for guacamole, now with photos!
